Needle felted Jackalope

From the great southwest comes the mystical beast known as the Jackalope. They may seem cute from afar, but it never recommended to corner one as they are known to be quite fierce when threatened. This jackalope is a younger individual. this little one is a little more tame then his wilder brethren although he can still be a handful.


This critter is made using Needle Felting; a process using wool fibers and a barbed felting needle. The needle is poked into the wool repeatedly until the fibers matt together into a solid, dense wool object.
